In an attempt to fulfill all orders within 1 business day, we are unable to make any edits or modifications to an order once it has been placed. However, in the event that a mistake was made while placing your order, you can email us at power@ultimate-sportswear.com to submit a cancellation request.

Please note that cancellation requests are not guaranteed, but our team will do their best to process your cancellation as long as your order has not been processed at our warehouse.

Taxes and duties incurred by each country on imported items are the customer’s responsibility. Custom fees are based on the total value of the products entering your country. Unfortunately, we have no control over this.

We fulfill all orders within 1-3 business days.

Please note that during international holidays such as Christmas, we require 2-5 business days for processing.

We’re working very hard to ship our Ultimate products to our customers as fast as possible.
Roughly it will take 3 days to 2 weeks depending on where the goods are shipped to.

Please email customer service at power@ultimate-sportswear.com to let us know. We will take care of any issues with the address and reship your package.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you never received it, please email power@ultimate-sportswear.com and one of our customer experience representatives will be able to further assist you.

Please allow 3-5 business days from the time we receive your package to process your return/exchange.

Please send an email with your order number and a photo of the incorrect item we sent you to power@ultimate-sportswear.com. From there, one of our customer service representatives will assist you in receiving the correct item.
